She answered all of our questions and even recommended reliable and affordable tour guides. She made us feel like part of the family. The double bed suite we stayed in was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We didn't interact much with the staff, but everything went smoothly. Princess, the friendly cat on the property, was a bonus.

The staff, especially Raul, Alvin, and Lourdes, were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us. The hotel is located in a quiet area and offers a lovely pool. I also loved that they provided free bikes and kayaks for guests to use, and the towels were a nice touch.
